Order Processing Policy

The Cobermaster wants to serve you quickly and efficiently. From the moment you order an item on our website until it is delivered to you, there are several processes that take place and listed below that we are keen to make you aware of.

Legal Restrictions
All items à sale are subject to existing stock. Orders will be executed on a first come, first served basis. In case of any temporary or even definitive shortage, the customer will be duly notified, and an alternative with other products of similar characteristics will be suggested, whenever available.

Price of Items
All prices are shown in € (Euros), excluding VAT. The VAT rate will be displayed and calculated at the time of the ordering process.

Order Processing and Related Notices
After the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. Within a maximum of 1 business day you will receive another email confirming acceptance of the order.

Order Collection and Transportation
You will have à your disposal two different methods of payment (bank transfer or delivery à collection), and you must choose one of them, according to your preference.

you are given the possibility to pick up orders in hand, at the facilities of Cobermaster Industry (Portugal), as a way to save costs. For the remaining cases, Cobermaster Industry works with CTT (Correios de Portugal) and applies the shipping costs listed below.

Orders shipped to mainland Portugal do not include additional value.

Packing and Shipping Conditions
The Cobermaster Industry has its own packaging for the transportation of goods for the specific purpose of effectively protecting their contents.

Claims, Warranty and Return of Goods
If you wish to return the purchased material, you should immediately send an email to geral@cobermaster.com, stating the reason for the complaint. After analysis of the possible non-conformity, you will be informed on how to proceed to make the return. This should be done within two months after receipt of the goods and will only be accepted if the goods have defects, i.e. non-conformities. Defects arising from misuse and natural wear and tear of the purchased products will not be subject to warranty. The warranty implies the replacement or repair of the tool without charge to the customer when the nonconformity defect is recognized.

1 – Make your registration available in the upper right corner under the link "Registration".

2 – Then use the username and password registered to access à customer area.

3 – Choose each product you want to purchase and select add.

4 – Once you have selected all the products you want and their quantities, you can check or change your order by selecting the shopping cart. At this time you can also choose the payment method that suits you best.

5 – After order confirmation you will be asked if you want to reverse 1% of the value of your purchase to a charity at no additional cost to you.

You will be able to review and select from a list of Institutions which one you wish to help.

6-Selected the Institution make the final confirmation.
